These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the State of South Australia, Australia. In the event that a dispute arises from these Website Terms and Conditions, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia, Australia.
VAPAA Membership Terms and Conditions-
(To be read in conjunction with the attached VAPAA Constitution)
- The subscription fees for membership shall be such sum (if any) as the members shall determine from time to time in general meeting.
- The subscription fees shall be payable annually on 1July or at a time that the committee determines. Members who join on line will have fully paid membership until the 30th June or at a time the committee determines.
- Any member or business/organisation whose subscription is outstanding for more than three months after the due date for payment shall cease to be a member of the association, provided always that the committee may reinstate such a person’s membership on such terms as it thinks fit.
- A member may resign from membership of the association by giving written notice to the secretary or public officer of the association. Any resigning member shall be liable for any outstanding subscriptions which may be recovered as a debt due to the association.
